Florist* (m/f/d) wanted!

We are looking for a creative florist to support our team in our flower shop. As a florist, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining floral arrangements and plants. You should have an eye for detail and be able to fulfill our customers' wishes.

(*) We also warmly welcome creative career changers with an eye for aesthetics and design.

Areas of responsibility

Creation and design of bouquets, arrangements and wreaths for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals and other celebrations
Advising customers on choosing flowers and plants and designing arrangements
Care and maintenance of flowers and plants, including watering, fertilization and pest control
Selling flowers and plants to customers and processing orders
Monitoring inventory of flowers and plants and ordering new deliveries
Decoration of indoor and outdoor areas with flowers and plants

Requirements

Completed training as a florist or comparable qualification
Creative career changers are also welcome
Creativity and sense of aesthetics
Experience designing floral arrangements and plant care
Customer orientation and friendly demeanor
Teamwork and reliability
Good knowledge of spoken and written German is desirable
